Payments, cancellations & refunds

Effective 13 October 2026. New Kivzi purchases cost ₹199 as a one-time charge. This checkout does not start a subscription, create a recurring payment mandate or automatically renew. The purchase gives the parent account access to the published Kivzi learning service while the service continues to operate, subject to the Terms.

Payment confirmation

Razorpay securely processes the payment. A captured, server-verified payment is needed before access is activated. Enter your parent email before paying; after captured-payment verification, a secure account setup link is emailed to that address and you can immediately set a password in the same browser. There is no signup OTP for this flow. If checkout closes after payment, use purchase recovery with your Razorpay payment ID and the checkout email, or contact support. Avoid making a second payment until the first payment status is checked.

Refund requests

Contact support@kivzi.in with the Razorpay payment ID, payer email and reason. Duplicate charges, failed delivery of access and incorrect charges will be reviewed. Eligibility is determined by the circumstances and applicable Indian consumer law; Kivzi does not promise unconditional refunds. Approved full refunds revoke the access created by the refunded payment. Any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Important: older ₹149 subscriptions

Kivzi no longer sells new recurring subscriptions. Existing Razorpay mandates do not automatically cancel just because our price changed. A parent who previously subscribed should open Parent Payments to cancel an existing renewal, or ask support for assistance. The payment provider must confirm cancellation. Any remaining paid access may continue until its previously paid period ends; cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment.

Deleting an account

Account deletion ends access to your purchased digital service. It is not an automatic refund. Any pre-existing renewal mandate must be stopped separately and verified before deletion.
