Effective 13 October 2026. Kivzi is designed for parents and authorised guardians of children aged approximately 3–7. Adults create and manage accounts, supervise use and accept responsibility for account password security and supervising access to Parent Zone.

One-time purchase

A new Kivzi purchase costs ₹199 once, processed by Razorpay. Kivzi does not create a recurring mandate for this product. Parents provide an email before payment and create or connect their accounts after payment; a secure account setup link is emailed to the checkout address. New one-time purchases do not require an email OTP to set a password. The purchase is an entitlement to use the published Kivzi service while it remains available, not a guarantee of perpetual hosting, ownership of content, downloadable videos or every future feature. We will make reasonable efforts to operate and maintain the service; material changes or discontinuation remain subject to applicable law and refund rights.

Published activities

Letters, numbers, games, stories, rhymes, videos, quizzes and printable digital worksheets are educational practice tools. Materials vary by language, age and publication status. Internet access and a compatible browser are required for online activities. Printable PDFs are digital; no physical workbook ships. Device voices and microphone recognition differ by device. AI Talk is no longer included. Kivzi does not guarantee learning outcomes, diagnose conditions or substitute for professional assessments.

Parent controls and acceptable use

Up to eight child profiles can be managed per parent account under the platform's published limits. Parents set screen limits and should supervise screen use. You must not bypass access controls, access other users' data, redistribute copyrighted materials or interfere with site operation.

Existing subscription mandates

Pre-existing ₹149 recurring subscriptions are historical payment arrangements, not new Kivzi offers. You must cancel an old mandate separately in Parent Payments or with support; changing the new-purchase price does not stop an existing authorisation. Read the payments and refund policy.
