Use your Razorpay payment ID (pay_...) and the same email entered in Razorpay checkout. We will email a one-time verification code if the payment is eligible.

If Razorpay did not record an email, or the payment is already linked to an account, contact support@kivzi.in with the payment reference. We never ask for UPI PIN, card CVV or passwords.
