Delete your Kivzi account

Parents can delete their Kivzi account from the Android app or this website.

1. Sign in with your parent account.
2. Open Parent Zone.
3. Open Settings, then Delete parent account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm with your account password. Google-only users can first set a password through the email password-reset option.
5. Select Permanently delete account and wait for the confirmation page.

What happens next

The deletion request covers your parent account, contact details, child profiles and learning history. Clear saved offline lessons on each device as well. This action cannot be undone.

A new ₹199 one-time purchase has no future renewal, but older ₹149 subscription mandates must still be stopped and provider-confirmed before deleting an account. Deleting the account ends one-time learning access and does not automatically refund a purchase. If a required cancellation or deletion fails, the account stays registered and the app will show the next step.

Cannot sign in?

Reset your password, or contact support@kivzi.in from your registered parent email and request account deletion. Support may need to verify ownership. Do not send your password.
